VindEdu helps students to find a suitable subject or study program.
VindEdu also supports colleges and universities: It helps them reach the young people who are right for them.
VindEdu makes this connection with just a few terms and an algorithm. This improves the hit rate between personal preferences and study programs.
For interested parties
Pupils and students – as well as aspirants of continuing education search for attractive offers by means of a manageable number of 12 terms.
The terms cover personal interests and goals in three categories: Passion, Impact and Vision.
Categories and terms were derived from organization development (for example, with reference to the “Career anchors” of Edgar H. Schein).
The users (pupils, students, people interested in continuing education) can create a profile. But they can also search immediately for testing purposes.
For them the service of VindEdu will always be free of charge!
For suppliers
Universities and providers of continuing education also enter their profile. That includes the programs and courses of study for which they are looking for talent.
The VindEdu team can take over the editorial work in consultation: we regularly write, edit and update profiles and program entries with reference to the 12 terms used by interested parties – this saves the universities time and effort.
Our Big Point is matching: Suitable candidates contact the university. Selection and invitation can then be made with just one click.
